This policy covers the website xmind-labs.com and the mail you send to XMind Labs. The game Banner Lands has its own privacy policy, on bannerlands.com.

What this site collects

Nothing of its own: it sets no cookie, measures no visitor, has no form, and loads no font or script from anyone else.

Like any web server, its host, Firebase Hosting (Google LLC), sees each visitor's IP address and keeps it in its access logs for a few months, as Google states. The address serves to deliver the pages and to keep the site secure, on the ground of our legitimate interest. Google may process it in the United States, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Mail you send us

When you write to support@xmind-labs.com, we receive your email address, your message and what you attach to it. We use them to answer you and to keep track of the exchange, on the ground of our legitimate interest. They are kept for one year after the last exchange, in our mailbox at Gandi SAS (France), then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use or object to it, and to receive a copy. Write to support@xmind-labs.com; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL, or to the authority of your country.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
